I made a small batch of wood wax consisting of just two ingredients, USP food-grade mineral oil and beeswax!
This board wax is perfect for keeping your cutting and serving boards well-maintained. Just apply a thin layer at least once a month to keep your boards polished and protected from drying out. You will need to apply the wax more frequently if you are more frequently using and washing the board.
A quick tip - store your board on a wire rack on its side so that both faces are exposed to the air. This can help prevent warping.
